PioBags (https://piobags.com) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the brand name of a registered company DIS CONCEPT COMMERCE SRL and it is a business platform where the privacy of our users is acknowledged, protected, and respected. The following policy describes how the data from the visitors, members, users (“user”) of PioBags is collected, used, and disclosed to any relevant third parties. This Privacy Policy has been publicly displayed on our website so that all the users can access this and know about our data collection practices.

Please note that we do not collect any payment-related data by ourselves and instead third-party platforms are used to collect such data. Any information pertaining to interaction with the website (such as reviews, feedbacks, comments posted) may also be collected. Furthermore, there is certain information collected automatically through cookies.

Currently, the customers can pay for their purchases through all payment platforms available through Shopify payment plans, including credit card, Stripe, and PayPal. All the payments will be made according to Shopify’s payment policy. Please note that we reserve the right to change, remove or modify any of the payment methods at our sole discretion without giving any prior notice. We are not accepting any other payment method. We will update through notification if and we start accepting other payment methods.

Your credit card information or payment information will be processed by PayPal and Shopify Payments platforms, which will treat and safeguard your data with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products. We use marketing services on PioBag’s website in order to provide you interesting offers. Web beacons are small image files, which allow log file recording and log file analysis. To present online advertising on our website we primarily use the services of Google Ad-Exchange, Google AdSense.

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of our website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used before coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this website. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this website, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. All information you provide to us is stored securely and treated with care and respect. The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") such as the United States. It may also be processed by persons operating outside the EEA. If we do send your data outside the EEA, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient implements appropriate measures to protect your information. By submitting your details, you agree to this transfer.


SECTION 10 - PROTECTION OF MINORS

Our website does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 and we believe that children of any age should get their parents’ consent before giving out any personal information. This step has been taken in compliance with the COPPA act. 

COPPA means The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. This act was enacted in 1998 and under this act, all the measurements have been made to protect the information for children, specifically children under 13. The main focus of the COPPA act is to put parents in control of the information to which their children may be having access. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and for any reason. These changes will appear as an update and will include the date of any changes. Any changes will be deemed valid and effective immediately upon the published update. No specific notice will be given to each individual user, and each user has waived any right to such notice. Users are encouraged to review our website regularly in order to inform themselves of any changes to this policy. SECTION 15 - OPT-OUT RIGHT TO USERS FROM NEWSLETTER AND E-MAIL LIST

We give all users of our website to opt-out from our newsletters, promotional, and commercial email lists by simply contacting us and letting us know. Moreover, the user has also an option to opt-out by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the commercial email and removing his or her email from our list. This step has been taken in compliance with the CAN-SPAM act. Please note, we only send emails in order to send information, respond to inquiries, to promote our website, and to advertise our business.
